Hull workshop

The hull workshop is the biggest in KFK.

It is equipped with machines used for the cutting and welding of metal sheets as well as qualified specialists to do this. All details and units made by other workshops are also assembled here.

The sheet metal is cut out on two Plasma- and Gas-cutting machines. Bar material is cut on two sawing machines. Bending of details is done on two Brake shears assembled with a range of necessary tools as well as on a Plate rolling machine.

Our welders are among the most esteemed specialists in the company. They are experienced in both MIG/MAG welding and rod welding (if necessary). Subsequent processing of metal pieces if applicable is done by belt sanders, manual plasma machine and a variety of manual electrical tools.
