Plasma cutting
Gantry type cutting machines for plasma- and gas-cutting are a key step of our production process.
These machines contribute to the production capacity and the quality of the products.
They allow immediate implementation of the technological project by cutting the details directly from the drawings.
Besides the two cutting machines at KFK we also have experienced operators and designers who will fulfill and monitor every detail of your order.
The two plasma machines:
• Microstep PA-S25 W with Kjellberg plasma system
• DURMA PL-C 2060 – HPR 260 XD with Hypertherm plasma system
The table sizes of both machines are 2000×6000 mm. The maximum thickness of steel plates is 25 mm for plasma cutting and 200 mm for gas cutting. Both machines will allow us respond to your inquiries with requested quality, price and due performance.

If you insist on accuracy and good edge quality of cut details we would recommend plasma cutting.
